Another classic in the field, although it suffers from a few errors, is Stephen R. Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. When reading this book, the reader needs to divide the book into the useful advice and advice that is not useful. Some of the advice Covey gives will greatly annoy employees if followed.
These are the two must-read book for a person who needs to learn about human resources management quickly. There are a number of other books and college courses devoted to the field. How to Win Friends and Influence People will remain a classic. Covey’s book will be replaced when something better comes along.
